Cost: €70 for block of 5; €55 for block of 4 weeks (payable in advance) €15 for one evening if there is space
Whether this is your first time to experience mindfulness or you’ve been practising for a while you are welcome to come along to some or all of these blocks. A variety of meditations will be guided each week including some mindful movement such as walking or stretching.

Cost:Drop-In €15; 5 Class Pack €70; 10 Class Pack €130; 15 class pack €180. With a pack you can come to any classes of your choosing. You do need to let me know you are coming by text or email in advance of that class.
I will guide a variety of 2 or 3 practices each evening – such as sitting meditation, walking meditation, gentle mindful stretching and movement and lying down meditations. This will support you to sustain and deepen an existing practice or support you to develop mindfulness as a beginner.
