DAY 1 leaving phone out of bedroom at night.
I find I am very hooked on my iPhone. I rarely read at night anymore, due to a habit of surfing and checking things before bed. For about a year I’ve been intending to leave the phone out of the bedroom. And last night I did ?Used an alarm clock to get up this morning which meant I couldn’t check phone this morning on waking either. Felt good and my mind feels more spacious for it.
