These are 6 to 8 week courses. Classes can be either 45 or 90 minutes long.
Participants will learn how to practise mindfulness and how to bring this practice into their daily lives.
Various themes will be discussed, such as responding versus reacting to stress which will help participants to cope more effectively with any difficulties that arise in daily life.
People find that practising mindfulness increases their capacity to experience the joy in their life.
These courses are tailored to meet the needs of the participants.
Gentle mindful movement can be part of this course.
These presentations are both informative and experiential.
I also include some of the recent scientific findings to engage even the most skeptical in the audience!
